I collected this Data during 30 days of fasting
Hi, I stopped eating and drinking for 22hours a day, for 30 days. In this page you will find the data I collected during that period.
All of the data I collected is downloadable as a .csv file.

This data includes:
Sleep and Heart-Rate
I used the Oura ring to estimate how sleep and heart-rate changes during the fast. You can find a documentation of this data here.

Food
I logged every meal. For some meals, I added an approximation of the calories/macro-nutrients. You can find a documentation of this data here.

Sugar and Fat changes
You can find a documentation of this data here. This includes: blood measurements of glucose/ketones, and continuous measurements of glucose.
For the glucose/ketones, I used the KetoMojo device.
For the continuous glucose, I stuck a continuous glucose monitor on my left arm. The device I used is the FreeStyle Libre.

Weight changes and habits
I weighed myself on the same scale every morning upon wake up. I also logged other daily measurements, such as the first meal time etc. You can find a documentation of this data here.
